About these Terms and Conditions

In the terms of sale above 'we', 'us' and 'Mac Gear' refer to Mac Gear Australia Pty Ltd ABN 62 131 924 797 of PO Box 902, Narellan NSW 2567. These terms and conditions together with your order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of products. No other terms and conditions will apply.

Australian Sales Only

We only sell and ship Products within Australia. We will not make deliveries outside Australia.

Security

All online transactional and sensitive personal data is transmitted via 256-bit encryption using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

Payment Methods

Mac Gear accepts Visa, Mastercard and Paypal via the PayPal checkout. Mac Gear also accept direct deposit as a valid payment method, however orders will not be processed until settlement has been received.

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include the Australian Government Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Delivery of Your Products

Mac Gear provides free shipping for orders over $89. Orders below $89 value will incur a $9 shipping fee.

Products delivered by us are insured for their replacement value whilst in transit. Customers have a right to refuse damaged products upon delivery. We exclude liability for damage to any goods received and accepted by a customer.

Delivery time information is supplied as an estimate of normal duration of delivery once a product has been dispatched. Delays may occur during shipping or if the product is out of stock. In some instances, goods may be shipped directly from our suppliers. An adult signatory is required to receive goods.

On occasion Mac Gear will have your purchased goods shipped directly to you from our suppliers. This is to ensure that your order is delivered as promptly as possible.

As items will be delivered by courier, we are unable to deliver to P. O. Box addresses.

Returns Policy

Products may be returned only in the following circumstances:

Shipping or processing error by Mac Gear: products may be returned within 7 days in original, unopened packaging. MacGear will pay for return shipping, and provide an exchange, or offer a refund.

Change of mind: We do not normally accept goods that have been returned to us if you have simply changed your mind. Products may be returned within 7 days in original, unopened packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Mac Gear will offer an exchange or refund, excluding shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may be charged for opened box returns.

Faulty products: Products sold through this web site are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with terms and conditions packaged with the products. If you discover what you believe is a product defect outside of this 7 day period, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Products determined to be faulty on arrival may be returned within 7 days. MacGear will pay for return shipping, and provide an exchange, or offer a refund. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A shipping charge may apply if the product is found to be in normal working order.

Please note that Mac Gear does not permit the return of, or offer refunds for the following products:

• Opened memory
• Opened software
• Electronic software downloads
• Product that is custom configured to your specifications

Refunds will be processed based on your original payment method.
